Sovereign Land established The Cyclone Limited Partnership with GE Capital Real Estate in 2001 to acquire a portfolio of 19 properties for £20m.
The assets included Interchange Park, a 200,000 sq ft industrial park near Portsmouth.
Sovereign Land implemented an intensive and highly successful asset management strategy over the next 3 years. By 2004 the entire portfolio had been sold giving an IRR of 40% per annum.
