Targeting schemes valued between £50m and £150m, Sovereign Land will look to add value through the teams creative asset management skills.
 
Sovereign Land is currently assessing investments in a diverse range of locations and with varying income streams and tenant profiles to create a balanced portfolio. By adopting a considered, strategic approach and concentrating on income protection and enhancement, it will look to maximise rental incomes and exploit embedded opportunities to achieve capital appreciation while mitigating risk.
 
By capitalising on its principals’ excellent network of contacts and industry relationships, Sovereign Land expects to achieve a high proportion of acquisitions in off market transactions and use the team’s in-depth market knowledge, financial acumen and operational expertise to add value.
