  • graduated in 2008 with an RICS-accredited degree in Property Management & Investment BSc (Hons).
  • recruited to Strutt & Parker’s Shopping Centre Investment team
  • in January 2009, moved to Churchill International Property Corporation in Vancouver, BC
  • with CIPC CEO and Vice President put together offering for the 2009 Churchill Investment Fund & presented the fund to institutional and high net worth investors across Canada
  • carried out asset analysis for the acquisition of the Maple Leaf Foods (Canada), the largest refrigerated distribution centre in Winnipeg
  • worked closely with the CEO in front ending the development of apartments and an hotel in a heritage building in Victoria
