  • started at Healey & Baker (now Cushman & Wakefield) in 1995.
  • moved to CB Hillier Parker (now CBRE) in 1998.
  • joined Strutt & Parker in 1999 and was promoted to Associate Partner (2004), Divisional Partner (2007) and National Partner (2010).
  • regarded as one of the UK’s leading shopping centre agents, Paul has advised major institutions and property companies such as Henderson Global Investments, Aviva Investors, Capital Shopping Centres, Standard Life and Grosvenor.
  • responsible for leasing some of the UK’s most important retail projects including Buchanan Galleries (Glasgow), Liverpool One, Southgate (Bath), Parkway (Newbury) and The Glades (Bromley).
